Welcome to Dallas Suites & Inn

Dallas Suites & Inn, located at 795 S IH 35 Frontage Rd in Waxahachie, Texas, presents itself as a practical and budget-conscious lodging option. With a modest rating of 2.6, this inn caters mostly to travelers seeking an affordable, no-frills stay with the essentials covered. Its appeal rests largely on attentive housekeeping and friendly staff, as several guests note their kindness and dedication to maintaining cleanliness despite the property’s age.

Set in a convenient location for visitors aiming to explore Waxahachie’s attractions and navigate the region with ease, the inn offers free Wi-Fi and parking, along with a pool and pet-friendly accommodations—features that add value for cost-conscious guests. Though it lacks a restaurant or fitness center, its proximity to a golf course and recreational spots compensates for these gaps.

Reviewers appreciate the simple comforts: functioning air conditioning, decent showers, and reasonably comfortable beds. While the property shows signs of wear and could benefit from remodeling, the environment remains safe and free from pest issues, according to multiple visitors. The inn’s atmosphere is straightforward, not luxurious, but sufficient for those who prioritize affordability over high-end amenities.

What stands out is the staff’s consistent effort to deliver good service amidst limitations. Their commitment to cleanliness during busy weekdays and their welcoming demeanor provide a reassuring backdrop to a stay that might otherwise be overshadowed by the inn’s dated condition and occasional challenging guests. This mix of practical hospitality and modest accommodations positions Dallas Suites & Inn as a dependable stopover for travelers with simpler needs.

Ultimately, Dallas Suites & Inn is a solid choice for workweek stays, transient travelers, or anyone needing a safe, clean, and affordable place to rest in Waxahachie. It may not impress those seeking luxury or modern decor, but it consistently meets the basic expectations for comfort and service, making it a grounded option in the local hospitality landscape.

“A budget-friendly place to stay. The housekeeping staff is very kind and attentive. While it’s not a luxurious hotel, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay during workdays.”

They are on top of house keeping Monday-Friday. They keep the area as clean as possible. The staff is very friendly. If you just need a place to sleep and get out of the cold I highly recommend this place. I have NOT seen any sign of bugs or anything of that nature. It is just an older place that could use some remodeling but over-all is NOT a bad place.

Good service and the housekeepers were very friendly. The price is very cheap and cant complaim about the rooms expecially for the price but they at lest try to keep it clean. The location isnt bad either. The only problem is some of the quest there are very rude and inconsiderate.

Here is a more detailed Google review that you can post: "I've been to this place a few times this week and I'm always impressed. The food is delicious and affordable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love that everything is basically a single dollar. The ice cream is creamy and delicious, and the filtered water is refreshing and safe. I also appreciate that the ice machine is clearly visible, so I can see how clean it is. The turkey leg is my favorite item on the menu. It's juicy and flavorful, and it's the perfect size for a meal. I also love the sous vide dinner. The meat is cooked perfectly and the vegetables are perfectly seasoned. The only downside is that you have to bring your own corkscrew. This is a minor inconvenience, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning on bringing wine. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a friendly atmosphere. The food is delicious, the prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going back again soon."

It’s not bad. I’m staying for the school. It’s not bad like the other reviews. I read the reviews before I came here and reconsidered even coming. I stuck with it and am about to complete my first week. My room isn’t bad. The ac works and the shower is good. Bed is comfy enough. Room does have a smoky smell, but don’t be discouraged if you are coming here for free. Though I would NEVER come here if I had to pay cause there is a super 8 and motel 6 down the road. Also no bugs. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps, back to studying now.
